Studio Etiquette

We all want to enjoy the space, so please follow the simple rules for the best experience:

• Please arrive 10 minutes prior to start time, if you are late we can not let you into the class as it is a distraction to other riders. First time riders please arrive 15 minutes early so we can help you with bike set up and safety

• Please don't bring valuables into the studio, we do have space inside the studio for personal items like jackets and keys

• This is your time and we ask you focus on you and leave the cell phone in your car/bag or at home. If you have it in studio we ask you leave it off the bike and on silent. It is a distraction if you are on it during class

• Please leave outdoor footwear at the door

• We start and end class together, so please arrive on time and stay until the end. In certain circumstances we understand you may have to leave early, on those days please take a bike by the exit and let your instructor know

• We have a 4 hour cancellation policy. If you no show or cancel out of the class within the 4 hour window you will be charged a $25 fee (unlimited members) or lose 1 class pass (punch card/single class members)

• Respectful Photography and Videography. We love capturing those sweaty, triumphant moments, but let's make sure we're mindful of everyone's privacy. If you want to snap some pics or record a video during class, please make sure you have permission from those around you

• Attire Awareness. While we're all about rocking those killer workout outfits, let's remember to keep our shirts on during class. Not only does it help maintain a focused environment, but it also ensures everyone feels comfortable and supported. So let's save the shirtless selfies for post-workout flexing and keep our shirts on during class
